"Top-notch customer service."
I've been working with kettlebells for almost 15 years, and these weights are just as good, if not better, than any I've used before (the original dragon door bells, ader, and so on). What truly distinguishes them is their fantastic customer support. We ran into a shipping issue that wasn't on them, but they handled it like pros and ensured we didn't suffer from a hefty expense. As long as they're around, they've got my loyalty.
